After studying Marketing Communications & Public Relations, Mikey shifted to staffing and recruitment, building expertise in corporate talent acquisition and executive search across various sectors, including healthcare, legal, and administrative fields.

Mikey’s diverse background led to the founding of On Trend Talent, a boutique search firm specializing in fashion, beauty, and consumer goods—areas they deem 'on trend.' Leading the On Trend team, Mikey matches stellar candidates with industry-leading brands, leveraging their deep knowledge and industry connections.

Beyond recruitment, Mikey, a former Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness coach, dedicates their spare time to staying active in the gym, taking spin classes on the weekends, traveling, treasure hunting at local thrift boutiques and exploring Miami’s fashion districts - embodying a lifestyle that seamlessly integrates hard work with leisure.
